Now Martha's Vineyard has a grant resource center

just like Associated Grant Makers' in Boston!

Thanks to the collaboration of The Oak Bluffs Public Library and the Martha’s Vineyard Donor Collaborative and a grant from the Peter and Elizabeth Tower C. Foundation, non-profits no longer have to travel into Boston to gain free access to Foundation Center funder databases and expertise in grant research.

Learn why Vineyard non-profits need more help

The Martha’s Vineyard Donors Collaborative is an advocacy organization devoted to sustaining the Vineyard by strengthening its nonprofit community. We do this by:

  • Advocating for the contribution and needs of, and philanthropy for, the NPO community,
  • Advocating for collaboration and sharing of resources in the NPO community,
  • Acting as a catalyst to create structural change in the  NPO community and the Island as a whole,
  • Providing resources to support nonprofits and help them improve their own capabilities.

The Martha’s Vineyard Donors Collaborative is self funded, does not solicit funds for itself, does not choose among organizations to support and does not provide access to donors without their permission.

If you are a donor, learn more about Vineyard non-profits in our online

Directory of Vineyard Non-profit Organizations .
